Basic Conclave Information:
The Conclave fee of $60 is for the full weekend (with $10 late fee if registering after July 7). This includes two nights’ lodging and four meals beginning with Saturday breakfast. The Saturday-only day fee is $35 and includes lunch and dinner.
Transportation is not included in the abovementioned fee. Contact your lodge chief and adviser to determine if a lodge group transportation arrangement is planned.
All registrations must be accomplished on-line, fees paid through your council office, and approved by July 7. This is because Baylor University requires all of its forms to be completed and a roster of all attendees to be submitted ten business days ahead of the Conclave. That means the Baylor forms for each registrant must be collected by the lodge and then sent on to the university during the week of July 7.
As such, walk-ons are discouraged since missing signed Baylor forms will not allow one to be admitted to the campus. If you do walk-on, however, please also know there is a $10 late fee for the full week-end. |

| To successfully complete your registration, please follow these helpful hints: |
- You must have a MySR-2 account to register for Conclave. If you do not have one, click here.
- Complete ALL steps of the registration process. Once you begin, you must complete the entire process or your registration WILL be deleted from the system.
- Be aware that the Registration Wizard has multiple screens. These include:
- Personal Data and Conclave Preferences
- ArrowTrack Training Major Selection
- ArrowTrack Training Course Selection
- Conclave Trading Post Pre-Orders
- Remember to send all fees to your Local Council Office. The Section will NOT accept money directly from participants.
